My career development had begun in 1980’s even before I was born. My father was working in a government telecom company. In those days (80’s and 90’s), in India when women were not supposed do job, however my mother got one in one of the state government departments of Maharashtra state in India and started working when she was pregnant with me. She began her job only because she wanted me to be highly educated and hence by earning money she could pay the fees for my education in future. I was born in October,1988 in small village of Maharashtra (state), India. My education started when I was 3 years of age with nursery class followed by the lower kindergarten and upper kindergarten. Role Confusion crisis in which I was going through the transition from childhood to adulthood. In addition, I was perplexed about my career and was pondering on various stream such as science, arts, commerce, economics, etc. to select for further education. Eventually I got admitted myself in the science stream for Higher secondary education (11th & 12th grade). I tried to established my own identity in the college and among the peers and was somewhat successful in doing that. However, at this stage of adolescent I had lost my path in life as well as in career, and shown risky behaviors such as truancy, drinking, high-speed driving and other kinds of delinquency, consequently my academic performance plummeted. My family wanted me to become a doctor, however I scored low percentage in 12th grade and performed poorly in medical entrance examination. I disappointed my family and was frustrated at that time. That frustration and disappointment led me to take the admission in Bachelor of Pharmacy in 2006 since I could not have got admitted in any other medical degree such as dentistry or Bachelor’s degree in Medicine with my low scores in both 12th grade as well as in medical entrance exam. I lived there for 5 days in solitude with regular yoga and meditation. I was without any electronic devices, books and newspaper.
