Growing up I wanted to be a pediatrician but time pass and I changed my mind. I decided that I wanted to do something different that I don’t hear every day. Everywhere I go its either someone is in medical, criminal and working in a store. My choice of field is Business Management. I decided to be in the business field because I believe it best suits me and what I want to do in life. I feel that I’m a good leader with great leader skills, I keep to my word and I make sure that all the thing that I do will always be done correctly and on time if not sooner. Growing up I was pushed to be in the medical field. Almost everyone in the family been in the medical field at least once especially my mother. She has been working in the medical field for the longest. She started off at Cleveland Clinic and was working there for years she tried to make me do some early classes they had then and I rejected the offer. Honestly I want to do and be something different from the rest of the family that are in the medical field. Whatever I did I made sure I stayed out of medical. I chose this career because they handle the problems that are going on within the job such as the employees the paychecks the work ethic such as the employee’s schedules and the job of the human resources. It might seem like a huge work load but it can be done with faith and dedication. My everyday schedule is to go through financial reports, and activity reports, this would involve the cost of the products we are selling the performance of the employees, or just to see if we have met/or coming close to the goal for the month. Another part of the job is to direct and coordinate activities of business to get the head of the business altogether to discuss the concerns with the business and to make sure everyone has all
