I was a student in college taking classes to further my future. I was having some car problems and knew it was time for something new, my car was constantly breaking down and dying on me so looking for new car I felt was a good Idea. I had just got home from a long day at work and decided to look around on ksl to see if I could find a car. I was looking for hours and felt distraught because everything was out of my price range or wasn’t nice enough for me, I felt disappointed and annoyed because of the whole car situation I was dealing with! I scrolled for a while longer when I came across a 1968 Camaro. I’ve never thought about getting one but the price, miles, and look were good enough for me. It was bright red with 2 stripes down the side. The picture had bikes and tools in the picture and it …show more content…
I went on with my day before I left to go meet him. I show up and first thing I saw was how he dressed, he was well dressed and actually seemed well rounded like he had money, and He wore a Rolex watch and a suit. I was quite surprised. He was very respectful and went on his way to show me the car. I get into his garage that I thought I recognized from the picture to see the tools and the old bikes I saw earlier just laying around, they were very dusty and looked as if they haven’t been touched in years. The garage tasted very musky and bitter but it also had a slight breeze that brushed up against my skin, it made me shiver by how cold It was in there. He pulled off the large brown tarp from the Camaro, wind and dust rushed towards my face right as he pulled it off so I knew it also had been left for quite a while like all the other stuff in the garage. I walked my hands across the car and it felt very slim and smooth. He asked me if I wanted to take it for a spin and of course I couldn’t resist. I got in and the seats were also very cold. They were leather and had tiny whole indents in all the

On a beautiful clear morning of February the 19th, my mom picked me up from my class at the University of West Georgia, then we went to Waffle House to have a nice breakfast. We left from Waffle House, proceeding down Maple Street, and turned onto South Street and immediately onto Kenner Street. We then turned onto on the merging lane on South Park Street (US Hwy 27) heading south, we immediately halted to a full stop as vehicles moved from the middle lane into the merging lane in front of us, but at that time there were no vehicles behind us. As we waited to enter traffic, a car suddenly struck us from behind which caused the car to jerk violently forward, causing my mother’s chest to hit the steering wheel, and our heads and bodies to whip forward and then back.…

When I ride it's like the earth stops at every corner so I can check to make sure a, loud, car isn't roaring towards me. It's like that feeling in your chest that tells you that everything is going to be ok, yet your mind is screaming at you that it won't be. I ride because I was thought that you need to be active in life, but it was never about the one hour of activity time we are supposed to have growing up. it was much more than that. I didn't need help to ride, I needed help to face down my enemies, or conquer my dreams.…

After five hours under Mrs. Gonzalez’s 1997 Plymouth, my hands were so dirty I had to wash them ten times just to see my fingernails again. She was a familiar face around the shop, given that neighborhood thieves had routinely targeted her car. This time, though, they had gone too far. Someone had crawled underneath the car and cut out the valuable catalytic converter, and she couldn’t afford a replacement. When I looked at her and said, “That’ll be $563,” her face turned pale.…

As shown in my collage, I have many interests or you could also say passions. Let’s start off by talking about the picture with the car shown in my collage. This photograph basically influences every other photograph on the page. When someone says, “Oh I love cars” it sounds silly, but to me when I say it there is so much more meaning behind this passion. Cars have given me a purpose in life, they have given me an immense amount motivation, and a goal that I could work towards.…

I was rushing to get to a morning club meeting, so I quickly gathered up all of my things and stuffed it in my backpack and hurried to my car. I was on my way out the neighborhood when I realized I forgot something at home. So, logically I had decided that I would make a quick U- Turn back home to grab what I had left. One thing that I had noticed over the past year is that there is always a big blue pickup truck parked right at the entrance of my subdivision. I only had my license for a couple months but a simple U-Turn seemed easy enough.…

My first car was something that I greatly was looking forward to getting as a child and my interest in getting one grew, as the days got closer to my sixteenth birthday. The first car I owned was a Automatic Black 2004 Ford f-150 truck, which I discovered on a website called Craigslist. It was priced at five thousand nine hundred dollars with only eighty-four thousand miles on it, which in my case was great considering that I could only afford a seven thousand dollar car. The truck came with all manual locks and windows and also had a small amount of hail damage that could really only be seen at a certain angle. But even with reasonable price on the truck I still attempted to negotiate for an even lower price to further my luck.…

I was in a situation that involved inductive reasoning where I had to decide whether a weird sound my car was making was causing other problems in my car. My car had problems in earlier years that sounded the same as the one it was having recently. I was not too sure if taking it to the body shop was the best idea, because I already had taken it once and I thought it was all fix with no more problems to occur, but I was apparently wrong. All I could think of was that I had put my money to a waste by taking it to the same mechanic, and I was not seeing results that my car was actually fixed to a point that it lasted me a long time before something else was wrong with it.…
