The Cons

Not Suitable For All Women

The “My Bikini Belly” program is not for women who are looking for a “magical solution” to get a flatter tummy fast. If you’re looking for a quick fix, this is not one of your options.

In other words, this system works, but you’ll have to follow it and put in real efforts for at least twenty-one days to get results.

Sticking With The Program

The advantage of an in person training is that your coach will give you real-time feedbacks and the encouragement you need to stick with the program. That’s why it’s important for you to find ways to keep yourself motivated, like giving rewards or assigning someone as your accountability partner, in order to complete this program successfully.
