My aunt Linh has a nail shop on the West side of Wichita. The shop has the capacity up to 20 employees, which the only mean of communication is saying out loud across the hall to deliver the message, which result quite a bit noise that result in discomfort for the guest to fully enjoy the service. The accounting process is all done by hand, as her use hand-drawing balance sheet and income statement, since her belief that the her work efficient won’t necessary need the use of computer. So far, the shop has stay in business for ten years though loyal customer and walk-in customer. With her presence around the shop, everyone is staying focus on the job. It is naturally that I start to join the Rock Climbing, with people who share the same passion at me. I end up find out that I just made a bad decision because of the poor management that Rock Climbing is performing. First is the unclear goal that the club is set out to be, because it doesn’t involve in group activates beside individual effort. This is which show poor attempt in the planning process of management. Second is the club didn’t manage to fix the gap between the experience and the amateur, which cause a lot of time and conflict the team members. This conflict is still going without any resolved conflict which demotivate every members of the group. Third is the scheduling of team meeting keep changing on the last minutes which cause inconvenience along with discontent of the club, which many people decide to leave the club day by day. Therefore, the Rock Climbing need to eradicate the current bad management to keep the club …show more content…
Every store on Black Friday is really chaos inside a store as people fighting for the cheapest price, and no one is willing to stop the conflict. The employee in Forever 21 is really diligent on their job on maintaining the order inside the store, make sure their only 20 people in the store before the next one on the line can come in. Although the waiting line is really long, but the experience is shop inside a store peacefully inside in Black Friday is really rare. Even though the employee have to task with keeping the peace, they always willing to show and answer any question I have a for them about the product. Forever 21 has done a great job on implement a good strategy management that allow the retail to perform smoothly on the busiest day of the year Black
