Yes Antonia would agree with this definition. if one is dissolved into something particular in their style , one may see that his/her abilities comes to them more natural than sleep . otherwise by saying that , just like playing basketball one may not have to work as hard as the other in one particular drill. or another may shoot better than the other , it comes natural to them just as sleep will come to a working man that kills hisself to put food on the table .
