My community is small and we all grow up together, all the children went to the same school and everyone had a great connection. I learn to have a connection with the people in my school like no other, we all more up together. In addition, I went with the same peers for most of my education career and it may not be traditional but it was a chance to know my peers in a deeper level. I learn that everyone has something they carry no matter if you think you have someone all figure out. Furthermore, in my American Lit and Comp class there was a writing assignment, assignment about where you came from and what has had a huge impact on your life.
