My American Dream In My Life

Everyone's American Dream is different, but the main goal of those dreams tend to be something that would make them happy in life. Wether it's something small, like owning a pet, or something big, like running a business, they are all connected in the way of wanting a better life for either themselves or others. Theses dreams tend to be different throughout each generation, and in my case this is true. My grandma's dream was to come to America and get a better education for her future. My mothers dream was to become a lawyer but later that changed when her dream became to be a good mother and teacher to her six children. My dream is to live a life that I do not need a vacation from and to find a love similar to the love my parents share. She was very brave because she had to learn to live in a whole new environment and leave behind the life she had in Germany. She later graduated from college and settled down with my grandpa and had three children. She accomplished her dream of getting a good education and was a wonderful mother to my dad. Although she knew it would not be easy to start a new life here in America, it did not stop her from fulfilling her dream. She always tell me that nothing is impossible and that sometimes it takes stepping out of our comfort zones to get what we want. This taught me that it takes a lot of hard work and risk to get we want in
