The first thing that most Americans think about when they hear the words “American Dream” is freedom, equality, happiness and maybe a bit of red white and blue. For most, this is absolutely true. The possibility of living your life the way you want to is something that has been infamous for America since the New World was first discovered. All over the world, people have dreamt of coming to america for a fresh start, a new beginning. My American Dream could have many different routes. As time goes on, things change. That’s why I have multiple ways for my American Dream to transpire, and those include: becoming an adventure therapist, or landing myself in the career field of being a pilot, or even a solar coronal expert. Like I mentioned before, the possibilities are endless, and my job choices would be no different. The number one thing I’d like to do right now for my future career is adventure therapy. It’s a kind of therapy that brings clients on adventures, like rock climbing, or hiking, or mountain biking. Adventure therapists do this to help their client discover something new about themselves, and replacing bad memories with good ones. If I choose to go down this road, I will most likely attend Plymouth University in New Hampshire to major in adventure education. Another one of my job choices is becoming a pilot. I’ve always loved flying, and probably always will. I will be getting my pilot’s license when I turn 17, which is the legal age to do so. My future job in that playing field could be anywhere from flying for a commercial airline, to working for the military flying fighter jets. If I decide on this job, I will probably go to Western Michigan University. My last big choice is to become a Solar Coronal Expert, which travels around the world to study the sun during solar eclipses. Any of these I would be happy with in my American
