My Ah-Ha Moment Analysis

1. Did you have any “ah-ha” moments that you experienced in this course? List any enlightening moments you had.
My "ah-ha" moment would be when I did my heart risk assessment. I was so shocked from the info I received. That assessment made me view my eating habits and I started to exercise more.
2. Which topic / activity did you enjoy the most?
The topic I enjoyed the most was about herbal medicine. I found it to be interesting because I never knew there are ways to heal the body other than OTC medication.
3. Which topic/activity did you find the least interesting?
I didn't find a topic that was least interesting. It was all very informative.
