Every time I woke up during the night was due to my environment around me. Each time I either woke from needing to use the bathroom, needing water, hearing my boyfriend snore, or my apartment was too hot. I also realized during my sleep journal that I always wake up with an alarm, unless it is the weekend or I don’t have anywhere I’m expected to be at a certain time. Overall, I have come to the conclusion that I am not an early morning person and I probably never will be. My 8 AM classes never seem to get easier and all I want to do is sleep if I am awake before 10 AM. I am, however, going to try the best I can to get more sleep, so I can be more alert in class and be able to contribute to more in class discussions with ease. The feeling of
