INTRODUCTION A business is important in developing a country’s economy. It creates jobs for unemployment and provide goods and services to meet the local needs. Business is an organization that entity engaged in commercial, industrial or professional activities (Investopedia, 2015). There have three types of business, which is a for-profit organizations such as a publicly-traded corporation, non-profit organizations are called ‘administrators’, and also mutual-benefit organizations are known as a voluntary organization. A business may develop from a founder’ s talent, good management and vision can take into the next level (Daft, 2010).
