Over the past decade, the rise of Muslim immigrants has increased dramatically. With the recent terrorist attacks like the San Bernardino shooting, people are becoming concerned about Muslims entering the United states, and that left many people questioning if we should allow Muslims to enter the United states anymore, Donald Trump the president candidate who called on complete shutdown of Muslims entering the United states have been recently backed by many Americans that supports his idea while many others claim that it is wrong and unconstitutional. So how could we deal with issue of Muslim immigrants in a constitutional manner?

Most recent Muslims migrate to the United states as refugees because of wars, whether it’s the Sudan’s endless civil war, or it’s the Iraqi civil war after 2003; which led to Iraq been completely destabilized, or the recent civil war in Syria which led to millions of refugees to flee their homes, or Afghanistan war and conflicts with the Taliban, and many other Muslim countries that have been having or had some sort of violent conflicts and regimes. The solution proposed is, don’t ban Muslims from entering the United States. Not only because it’s unconstitutional but it will cause an International-law confusion, like What happens if a Muslim American citizen leaves the country and then decided to come back would they be allowed or not. Trump stated that he is blocking Muslims from entering because... "until our country's representatives can figure out what is going on." So, it’s clearly because the United states fear the Issue of potential members of ISIS and terrorist groups entering. Obama said that “if we look like we're applying religious tests to who comes into this country, we're sending a message that essentially we're embracing that frame and that is going to make it very difficult to partner with Muslim communities here in the United State”. Which is certainly a good point that ties to the solution because according to a Huffington article it states that “Muslims suffer by far the most from ISIS’ horrific attacks.” (Obeidallah, Dean) Which explains why Muslims flee to the United states in the first place. Banning Muslims from entering the United states not only will it create an International Confusion but it will make Muslims feel Disunited from the rest of the people in the country because overall, ISIS targets everyone including
