After being in Rochester since kindergarten, where I am one of few blacks, one would think I would get used to my environment, but that is not the case. Starting around high school, I realized that I did not fit in. I had no natural talents, I did not play sports and I did not hang out with friends. I was a loner, and being a loner, you have a lot of time to spend, and during that time is when I found music. I have listened to a lot of albums, from Michael Jackson’s Thriller to Drake’s Take Care. It has amazed me how much I could relate to the music. When looking at a famous artist one may say “oh they don’t have any problems, they have money.” But that couldn't be more wrong, money doesn't buy happiness and celebrities are humans like all of us. They go through the same struggles as us, and when it is put in song it is confirmation where I can say to myself, “everyone goes through
