Some things to do to increase your muscular strength is weight training, push ups, pull ups, and curl ups. These exercises will increase your muscular strength and endurance. When increasing muscular strength you shouldn't just work out your upper body body but also your lower body. When working out you should switch to different exercises every day so your entire body becomes strong. If you are going to start to start weight training the best choice is to start with light weights then to gradually increase the weight. I don't think i'm weak but I also don't think i'm strong. I can do about ten push ups but I think if I pushed myself I could do more. I can't really do pull ups because i've never done or had the chance to practice
