Stacy, I think that the way you categorized the benefits of muscular strength and endurance illustrates a change or a sustainment for a healthy lifestyle. Fitness and exercise are not just a hobby or something that is done every once awhile. It should become a lifestyle to feel and see all the benefits it can provide. Injury prevention and improved muscle and bone health with aging I felt are examples of that. Although, anybody can take the steps to become physically active at any time in their life, becoming and staying active early in life is kind of like paying into a retirement account. The National Institutes of Health implies that muscle and bone dramatically decrease after the age of 30, as well as long periods of inactivity, even individuals
