Summery
Bill at age of 34 is very active who enjoys many outdoor sports and is in very good health but recently he is having some issues with his right side hip, which is interfering with his daily life routines. After consulting with a doctor about his hip issue, he was given painkillers but his symptoms didn’t seem to be improving and he still experienced difficulties. After going back to the doctor with a same complain, X-ray and some blood work was done to fine the cause of the hip pain. The doctor found that Bill’s X-ray is sowing abnormality in his right thighbone which shows osteonecrosis, which means that the bone tissue has stopped working (is dead) due to lack of blood supply.

Due to the trauma, the blood supply or flow is disrupted, which causes pain, discomfort and other situations. It also disrupts a getting nutrition and oxygen, which is one of the important function and is done by red blood cells to caryout the oxygen and nutrition’s to the other part of the body. Red blood cells are also made in the bone marrow, so due to lack of blood supply this process can’t be completed which is also very important in growing children for growth and development. Even though its sounds scary to think that part of your bone is not getting blood and it’s going to be hard for person. It usually repairs over time by re growig the bone tissues known as reticular tissues while in other case the person can die due to slow treatment, like during stroke.
