Muscular Endurance: Personal Narrative

The reason that muscular endurance would be my first is because almost everything I do it is very important because my body needs that for doing things for a long time like hunting you have to do a lot of walking and it is good to have that endurance to help. One more reason that i need it is because i'm going to say it sports you have to have enough endurance to get through a game of some kind.

My second one is cardiovascular endurance because i do a lot of running outside of school and i need to have a good cardio endurance so that i can do that long distance running.
Without it i think i would quit another reason that i need it is for like long days that involve walking like the mall or canobie lake all day.
