So, I heard about the importance of doing a BMI test and its benefits, so I went to the wellness center of my college to do the test. I have never done this type of test before, and the experienced of having an idea of body fat is a reason to motivate others to know their body mass composition in order to maintain healthy muscle. The results determine how well I am, according to BMI test I am a weight fair person. I have a body fat composition of 25% which is perfect for women according to “Ideal Body Fat Percentage”. After the test I have an idea now of what is my lean (fat-free)- a person’s body weight minus fat.
