Muscle act as scaffild

AT PRESENT ,Muscle scaffold considers one of the promising ways of tissue engineering .
It can be done through many ways such as muscle flap , muscle graft , muscle extracellular matrix , muscle acellular scaffold and others Muscle graft refers to the process of moving a healthy muscle or part of it from one part of the body to another one without its blood supply ,on the other hand muscle flap refers to the same but with its blood supply .

Compared non vitalized muscle graft with vitalized one ,the non devitalized results in fibrotic tissue and never participate in regeneration .

Muscle acellular scaffold plays an important role in promoting integration with nearby tissues through extracellular matrix and growth

Is it important to understand the structure of our muscles? And if so how could this improve the results of our muscle exercise routine? One wise thing to do when deciding the muscles exercise technique we are going to adopt is to find out the type of structure a muscle is made of, muscles as we know are formed by either a slow-contract structure or a fast-contract structure, for example a muscle made of high level of slow-contracts structure reacts more favorably to high repetitions, so high level of slow-contracts structured muscles are more adequately trained in the 15 or over repetitions to allow the muscle to be enough time under pressure. Fast-contracts structured muscles are more adequately trained in the 6 to 12 repetitions.…

The human body is composed of muscle which are responsible for body movement. Muscles in found in the human body attach to the bones of the skeletal system, in a human body there are “700 individual muscles that make up part of a person’s weight and the muscular system. Each of these muscles are separate organ which are made up of skeletal tissues, nerves, blood vessels and muscle tissues. Muscle tissues are found throughout the human body, inside the heart, the blood vessels and the digestive organs. There are three type of muscle tissue found in the human body, smooth, cardiac and the skeletal muscle tissue.…

By looking at the fetal pig and its muscle structure, researchers and individuals are able to gain a better understanding of what human muscles look like, where they are located, and how they function. The muscles that were labeled in the dissection are important factors in the movement of the individual. The muscles work together though antagonism. Antagonism works when one muscle, such as the extensor carpi radialis contracts, and the flexor carpi radialis relaxes, allowing the hand to extend. These muscles are attached to each other by ligaments.…

Connective Tissues The connective tissue are as well in the group of the main tissue types and they are used in our body to allow connections between our body organs and even other tissue .Also they function as a storage of energy and provide protection for our organs .There are two main parts which constitute the connective tissue which are the cells widely separated from each other and the matrix which is the structure of support of the cell formed by fibers and the ground. Muscle tissue Muscle tissue are the most plenty tissue in many animals and humans .They make up our muscles which support our body integrity and can contract and relax depending on the movements that our body is making .They are composed by muscle fibers and many microfilaments which are made of two proteins called myosin and actin which make possible the contraction of muscles .Therefore the muscle tissue have striations which allows the muscle tissue to enlarge and shrink while we are making movements .…

For our experiment, we will test SRT protein ligaments in a variety of conditions to determine the functionality and resilience of SRT protein ligaments relative to artificial and native human ligaments tested under the same conditions. The first test will examine the effects of the internal environment of the human body on SRT proteins. For this section of the experiment, we will place SRT ligaments in a solution analogous, in temperature and acidity, to the environment of the human body. The control group will consist of SRT ligaments stored in saline solution. The SRT protein ligaments placed in the solution analogous to the internal human environment will be the experimental group.…

    Muscle Hypertrophy

ABSTRACT: Muscle hypertrophy refers to increase in muscular size caused by expansion or increasing count of myofibrils (hyperplasia) within skeletal muscles. Resistance-based training causes microtrauma within myocytes of target muscles. Damage to muscle cells induce activation of myosatellite cells, which proliferate as myoblast [1]. Myoblasts differentiate and recover damaged cells as they fuse with the tissues, making the cell more durable than the original state. Satellite cells may also fuse with one another to develop a new muscle [2] which results in hyperplasia.…

Systemic sclerosis, is a rare connective tissue disease characterized by vascular and immune dysfunction, leading to fibrosis that can damage multiple organs. 4 The clinical forms rang from limited skin involvement to forms with diffuse skin sclerosis and severe and often progressive internal organ involvement, and occasionally a fulminant course. 1 The affected organs and systems include the skin, lungs, heart, digestive system, kidneys, muscles, joints, and nervous system.2 The pathogenesis of systemic sclerosis is complex and incompletely understood. Immune activation, vascular damage, and excessive synthesis of extracellular matrix with deposition of increased amounts of structurally normal collagen are all known to be important in the development of this illness.…
