INTRODUCTION
The proteins actin and myosin is the caused of excitement of skeletal muscle. It can be made chemical, electrical and mechanic. When the muscles are use many times to the maximum force, the muscle will decline. That decline is called muscle fatigue. 1 L-Carnitine is a compound that makes the increment of the muscle performace. L-Carnitine is found in the entire cell on the body, its function is to change fats to energy and transport the fatty acids to the mitochondria. L-Carnitine increase the fatty acid oxidation to produce more energy and provoke the muscle to less fatigue. The rabbits were put lying on their back. The calcaneous bone and tendon of Achilles were touched to see if the rabbits feel any pain. An incision was made in the rabbit legs and takes the skin flaps to find the gastrocnemius muscle. To help the muscle retractor, the belly of the gastrocnemius was change inside out. The soleus muscle was separate from the plantar, and removing the gatrocneous muscle very carefully by cutting from the origin and the tendon side. There was 3 variable tested lactate level % age of decline in force and time to onset of fatigue. The three of them were compared and analyzed on three different figures. In figure 3 is the mean lactate level, it shows the difference of the control had a 23.73±0.52 mmol/Kg and the experimental was 23.35±0.36 mmol/Kg with a difference of p<0.05. Figure 4 is the mean of the percentage of decline in force until the skeletal muscle its fatigue. The control percent was 70.74±3.12% and the experimental with the L-carnitine supplement group was 57.57±6.1%. Therefore the difference was significant (p=0.00). The last figure 5 is the time onset of fatigue. The difference was significant of (p=0.00). That result was compare from the control with a result of 28.75±1.97 seconds and the experimental with the L-carnitine supplement group with 32.81±2.45
