Eating at a local café instead of having breakfast at home was a convenient alternative because of the time factor, but from a financial standpoint, it meant spending ridiculously high amounts of money on food.

Developing the concept for the protein-enriched instant oat shake began with experimentation. The acquisition of a mill enabled me to grind oats into flour, and then mix it with water, thus creating a nutritious and quick shake I was drinking before heading to the gym. As time passed, my recipe for the perfect oat shake was perfecting. The convenience of having a quick, nutritious and easy-to-prepare drink led me to sharing it with my close friends.

Preoccupied as I was about eating a varied diet, I started creating other blends that were just as convenient, honing the recipes to make them not only nutritious and nourishing, but also tasty. The creation of new recipes led me to registering my business name and starting Muscle

Our first protein-enriched instant oat shake was released not longer than [X] months ago, after coming to the realization that most healthy foods require extensive preparation time, which many of us cannot afford due to our busy schedules.

Our story started when Emrah, well aware of the risks that his extra pounds and unhealthy, imbalanced lifestyle posed to his health and well-being, decided to visit a nutritionist. In addition to helping him understand the importance of eating a balanced diet, this also gave Emrah the opportunity to change not only his lifelong eating habits, but also his quality of life.

Following the nutrition plan he had been given, Emrah started doing weekly shopping for essential foods such as vegetables and lean meats. For the next couple of weeks, he prepared his dinner in the evenings, cooking an additional portion for the following day. But as time passed, he came to the realization that, despite seemingly easy and enjoyable, his breakfast regimen required too much time for food preparation, sometimes exceeding half an hour.
