Studies show that there is no positive outcome, and more of a downside when taking multivitamins. There are 2 main reasons about why we should not bring them to the health club. One, Increase of risk about diseases, and second, studies show there is no reason for a healthy child, or adult to take vitamins.

First off, here is one reason why we should not take multivitamins, it will increase risk of different and many diseases. According to Why Multivitamins Might Do More Harm, Than Good, It states that taking multivitamins may increase risk of cardiovascular disease, cancer, and mortality.
