- Multivitamins are a combination of many different and essential vitamins in a form of a supplement.
How does it work?
- As you take the vitamin, it is absorbed, and chemical reactions cause it to break down, these are then distributed to the different parts of our body.
Why do we need it?
- We need vitamins because they give us energy, help in the growth and repair of our body cells, and increase the efficiency of an athlete through nerve and muscle function.
Who can it benefit and why?
- Athletes can benefit from multivitamins. They can benefit from this because they give athletes the energy they need when playing their sport.
