Most people multitask almost daily. Some of them do homework and listen to music and others do more dangerous things such as texting and driving. Multitasking can transform in a way of life to many people around the world, but people might not realize that multitasking has negative and positive effects, especially under certain situations. People need to understand what is helpful and what is bad when multitasking, and when they can multitask to find out what affects people in their daily life.
Many people multitask and feel more emotionally well from, but while they are multitasking it can also have its disadvantages that can challenge their daily life. Many people play music and do their work at the same time, and they do not know it affects them, and about the positives about them as well. Multitasking can cause people to feel good about themselves is what Cari Nierenberg talks about for her research. Cari Nierenberg thinks about the positives that comes when multitasking. She says, “People feel more positive while multitasking.” This shows how people would feel well about life and its surroundings. Nierenberg also says “The combination of the activities accounts for the good feelings obtained.” Thus showing how doing many

For example not being able to focus right on work, taking longer than necessary to finish work from getting distracted easily, and fear of the memory not working the same before you had started doing various things at an instant. There are not just negatives when it comes to multitasking there are also positives also like, feeling more expressively improved, show customary needs, and finally the brain being able to develop fast. People should understand that not all of the time multitasking can be good for them, and make sure not to get sidetracked of not doing their work.
