Multitask Task

Decent Essays
I use sequence on an as needed basis, although I prefer to have detailed instructions and clear explanation there are times when I just “wing it.” I tend to sequence more so in my work setting. I am definitely one who likes to complete tasks in a timely matter. I prefer to know exactly what I am doing before I start the task. There are times where I find myself multitasking in order to complete certain tasks on time. In my current position, multitasking is what I do best. I describe my position and being one person performing 4 different positions. This requires me to multitask and often learn as I go with no clear direction.

Precision (25) Use First

I can definitely agree on using Precision first. I am all about accuracy, making sure I have the correct factual information before I proceed with anything. I can agree that I do not always use my time wisely, I describe myself as a multitasker in which I may be working on something: whether its school work, material for my job, cleaning the house, or even working out and every now and then I find myself interrupting my current task to pick up my phone, or check out a show, or stop to talk to someone, etc. Overall when presented with details, I perform at my best.

I usually need to know how things work before I go into using them. If trying to figure out why a device is not working, I do not want to take it apart, work on it and put it back together to solve the problem. Doing that will sometimes make me feel like I am wasting valuable time that may be used on some other task. My technical skills are more at use when I am at work. As previously stated my job entails me to perform 4 different positions, so sometimes I need to be technical and try to figure things out on my own.

Reflection Over that three assignments above and the other assignments we have done over this quarter I have noticed a way of think and formating I do when starting a assignment. When starting an assignment I don't start or finish things in order I'll do the main requirements for what goes where and create how ever many pages it needs then I’ll Start the assignment in the middle where I'm doing the main most important part first. For example this project I started with the hard moments essay instead of a title screen just to get it out of the way. I've noticed I don't talk much in class, even though I used to always get in trouble in language arts and reading for talking because I hated those classes, but not speaking much in class doesn't mean I don't contribute to class. I think I contribute a good amount I volunteer for questions (Sometimes).…

That being said, the priority order of those devoir changes based on multiple factors: due dates, difficulty, importance, and effort required. Consider a large college research essay as an example. Completing that essay in one night is nigh impossible, but conquering a small portion of such a task before you start physics homework is not unreasonable. Multitasking is ingrained and natural, but people sometimes overlook the obvious methods in which they have been utilizing this simultaneous functioning their whole…

Learning is not something you can obtain from just reading books or even searching on the internet, learning is so much more than that it is a tool, a song, or even a movement, it is taking in the world around you and college is simply preparing us to be able to learn by teaching us how to learn. When I started EXP 105 I had no idea what to say about learning and what it meant all I could really say about learning was "it is a weapon that we use to take this world day by day". I now see that this class was not just a step closer to a degree because I now know a lot more about learning and how it actually starts with myself. EXP 105 has obviously changed my point of view of learning I mean I could I try to understand this world and not know hardly anything about myself.…

1.1 Describe ways of recognising when a business problem exists Within our company, you can recognise if a business problem exists by observation. If you’re clients are leaving and if you are not getting new customers, then this is a way of recognising that a problem exists. In a larger company, I would imagine that they recognise business problems by keeping management reports on everything you do and then compare them with the businesses expectations. If anything is below the expectation then it should be looked into further to see where the problem is.…

Learning can be interpreted in many ways to different individuals, although to me learning is about gaining knowledge and embracing every experience encountered and linking it to any task. Also I would explain that being open minded is a strong attribute to apply during the learning process. During my week one I stated that learning is to open and broaden an individual’s mind on subjects to gain knowledge or skills, and I’ve grown to realize its more than that. People can learn using different methods and be more responsive to one rather than the other. I am a Strong-Willed learner.…
