Skills:
Some skills that I possess are my abilities to multitask, work with technology, be cooperative, listen carefully, and follow instructions. I believe I am able to do my best work both alone and in a group, because I can be cooperative and work well with others, but also be independent. I enjoy having instructions to work with, or someone to tell me what I have to get done. Working with technology is another one of my skills that is important to have in this time, when everything is fast-paced and constantly changing. Another skill I have is the ability to be efficient. Those classes are biology, social studies, and english. Science is a favorite of mine because I like learning more about everything around me and it is mostly factual, which helps my understanding of each topic. I also like social studies because it helps me to understand others, and academically I am able to do well on tests and assignments that showcase creativity. English is another area I perform well in, because I like reading and finding ways to improve my writing and my grammar. This array of prior knowledge will benefit me in the long run so I can continue to do well in school and outside of school.

Attitudes:
I try to have a positive attitude when I am around others so that I can influence others to be happier and therefore be more comfortable in my surroundings. Having a positive outlook on life can make everything more interesting and I am more willing to learn when I am excited. I am still working on remaining positive in all situations, because I want to become more optimistic and be less negative. I think looking at the good side of things is a way to bring happiness in my life and therefore will make me a better person.

I read and reread many books throughout my after school time, because it’s a great way to pass the time and build your

I have great time management skills which helps me to use all of my time the best I can in class so my homework time is minimised and I can fit other things in like training and other hobbies. Also, I am able to self-manage when working in a team by setting timelines for the work and making sure that I am putting enough into the assignment. Through self-management I am able to operate independently, an example of this is when I catch the bus to and from work, and sometimes it can take three buses to get home. This shows that being independent doesn’t help me only intellectually with school work, but it can help me practically. I also show self-management skills at work because I have to make decisions on how I want to act and who I want to be perceived as, especially to…
