Ihave suggested that Garry have his mandibular advancement splint adjusted to deal with the snoring, start exercising regularly to lose weight and he will also see Chris Goods in the next weeks. If Chris feels that his cardiac disease is well controlled and that there are no cardiac contraindications to commencing dexamphetamine, then I will proceed with this to see whether the stimulant medication improves Garry’s symptoms. WE may need to consider doing a repeat study with repeat latency test some time next year. Garry will give me a call once he has caught up with Chris
