Multiple Sclerosis in itself is considered a secret. This disease has no one condition, and it varies among people. For these reasons, diagnosing Multiple Sclerosis (MS) is not straightforward, however, there are several tests that could determine whether you have it or not.

Cerebrospinal Fluid (CSF) is a pure, colorless liquid that washes the brain and spinal cord.6 The main function of CSF is to cushion the brain inside the skull and work as an absorber for the shock in the central nervous system.6 Checking the fluid can be useful in diagnosing MS and many of the nervous system diseases. CSF is gained by doing a lumbar puncture or “spinal tap."6 After cleansing and injecting an anesthetic into the area, a long, thin, hollow needle is inserted into the space where the CSF circulates and between the two bones in the lower spine.6 One to two tablespoons of the fluid is withdrawn through the syringe. People with MS usually Their CSF contains a specific group of proteins called oligoclonal bands, and there are also proteins that are the breakdown products of myelin.6 These results show an abnormal immune response within the central nervous system.
