Communication is an important factor in any business matter. Therefore, it is vital to communicate the important details clearly and thoroughly. The business proposal I would present to upper management to improve patient care would be multidisciplinary rounding. Multidisciplinary rounding can improve patient care by ensuring all patients concerns are addressed as they come up instead of at discharge or after discharge (Dingley, Derieg, & Persing, n.d.). I would present my idea to upper management for support and funding by providing them with printed material that would allow for visualization of improved patient care in other facilities that have implemented Multidisciplinary rounding.
