Multidisciplinary care as a common used approach of TBI rehabilitation can help health professionals work as a team, enhance the continuity of care and the ability of comprehensively arrange patient-centred treatment plan, which can maximise clinical effectiveness of TBI rehabilitation and improve patient-centred outcomes (Brasure et al., 2013; Mental Health Commission, 2006).
