The continuous struggle for diversity in universities and in the classrooms demonstrate that these areas need to be addressed as a whole. Universities must be able to embrace the diversity that is occurring in our nation. Administrators, professors, and students need to be onboard and willing to embrace each other’s differences as well as create a fundamental learning experience.
