Abstract:
Presenting the fundamental guiding principle for intercultural approaches to education as viewed by UNESCO, all this playing a vital role in building the social cohesion. This paper focused meaning and basic concept of culture, intercultural and multicultural education. With this trying to make clear differentiation between all this concepts which are basically under one roof .

That is, individuals feel a bonding with a particular group, self-identify with that group’s aims, associate with members of that group, adopt the group’s dominant culture, express the discourses which signify the group, and thereby invest something of their own identity and sense of belonging in the group.
In short social inclusion means social cohesion
Social inclusion means process of improving the teaching for individuals and groups to take part in society. It aims to empower poor and marginalized people to take advantage of rising global opportunities.
Education is vital part of any social cohesion agenda because educational cultures affect all dimensions of social cohesion; when opportunities for quality education are possible across the population, schooling becomes a strong believer of opportunities, bringing prospect for upward mobility to all group. Increasing educational attainment is an important way to converge any countries to reduce inequality in the market income in the long term/run particularly as returns to education changes consequences of shifting wealth.

In cross-culture differences are understood and acknowledged, and can bring about individual change, but not collective transformations. In societies one culture is often considered ‘the norm’ and all other cultures are compared or contrasted to the dominant culture.
Inter-culture: in this deep understanding and respect for all cultures. Inter-culture always focuses on mutual exchange of ideas and cultural norms and the development of deep relationship. In this society no one is left unchanged because everyone learns from one another and grows together.
Intercultural guideline of UNESCO
Inter-culture education cannot be just a simple add on to the regular curriculum. It needs to concern the learning environment as a whole, as well as other dimensions of educational processes. Such as school life and decision making, teacher education and training, curricular languages of instruction teaching methods and students interaction and learning materials.
The distinct aim of intercultural education can be summarized under heading of four pillars of education.
