The project manager must be committed to always doing what is right and fair and communicate the same expectation to the team. (Successful Project Management 6th Ed, 6th Edition, Jack Gido)
With reference to the above statement by Jack Gido Jeff’s manipulative behaviour is unethical and is creating conflict within the organisation. He makes it sound like there was an agreement between him and the next person and this will create a conflict between Julie and Jenifer whereby Julie will be of the idea that Jenifer took Tyler from her project and assigned him to Jeff’s project without discussing with her. And he makes it sound to Jenifer as if they agreed with Julie that Tyler can be released from Goodold project to Growin Corporation’s project.
