In writing this multi genre research paper I learned a lot, and I hope my readers do too. It is so important to be interested in the topic one is reading or writing about, and I feel this paper is very interesting and informative. Human trafficking is a topic with so many different things to learn about it and from it, in reading this paper I want my reader to absorb these things and want to learn more. I really want my readers to understand how common human trafficking is in our world today and how it affects lives in so many different ways. Human trafficking is a very emotional topic because of its impact on millions of people each day, so allow it to move you and engulf yourself in the knowledge and emotion shown throughout the paper. …show more content…
I learned about different forms of writing and tried many of them. Using these different writing forms made my writing more interesting, engaging, and personal. The hardest part about writing the multi genre paper was doing what I already knew how to do, the persuasive essay. I had a really hard time making my argument stand out and remembering where to put my citations. In the end I think I figured it out and I am very proud of the finished product. When I researched this topic I was very surprised to find out how many people are victims of human trafficking in places like Paris or England, I thought it just took place in third world countries. After writing this paper I have so much interesting information on human trafficking that I hope I will be able to help someone with someday. To conclude, I really enjoyed writing this paper. I learned a lot about human trafficking, and myself. Realizing how people have to live made me all the more grateful for my family, education, and faith. People, myself included, take so many things for granted, without thinking that it can all be taken away in the blink of an eye. I hope my reader learned something about human trafficking and feels as lucky as I do to have the opportunity to live life without being someone’s
