Results: In Tully Valley, the mudboils are where pressurized groundwater flows up through a restricting layer of silt, clay and fine sand. Mudboils usually take place in subduction zones of the Earth. The mudboil causes the land surface to slowly decline and the erosion of suspended sediment which creates a sequence of concentric ring fractures around the discharging mudboil. Mudboils are driven by pressurized groundwater, geothermic heat, and gases. As a consequence, the mudboils continuously discharging turbid water nearby Onondaga Creek, which stream to Onondaga Lake. Mudboils also affected people, Water quality, infrastructure, and houses that are in Tully Valley, this has a major impact on the economy of Tully Valley. Mudboil could be reduced if groundwater is permitted to flow northward of Tully Valley so that filtered water could be discharged in areas near Onondaga Lake instead of discharging the water along Onondaga Creek,
