Shortly after, I spoke with Mrs. Sierra and expressed that I believed, based on Ms. Walker’s physical state (she appears to have lost a significant amount of weight), and her mental state (depressive, withdrawn) that steps should be taken to possibly ensure she is able to continue working . Walker, attempting to be as casual as possible, and advised her that her pants were hanging below her waist. Ms. Walker stated, “I know...” there was something else said, but I could not precisely hear what she added. Ms. Walker appears to have experienced a change in her health within the last week. She also appears to be emotionally and mentally affected by whatever she is going through. There is obvious notice of one of her arms being distressed.
Though her condition is not known, on Monday, June 8, 2015, after speaking with her, I expressed dire concern in regards to her physical state. I was increasingly concern for her safety, including obvious notations of her weakness and our awareness that she is operating a vehicle. Ms. Walker’s phone is not accepting phone calls which are why I recommended possible emergency contact (as noted in the email I sent). I also followed up with an email to Mrs. Sierra in an email sent Monday morning with the hope that efforts would be put forth to deter Ms. Walker from driving into work on Tuesday.
