A Psychological/Neuropsychological Evaluation would update Ms. Tuma’s diagnosis of ADHD and Anxiety. This evaluation may set the stage for exploring her understanding of her diagnosis and safe medication use. It may also explore her father’s statement regarding a history of Bipolar in the family, and the implications for work and school.
2. Ms. Tuma would benefit from a continuation of mental health services. She (and her father) indicated the occurrence of several traumatic events, which she did not articulate were resolved, and may interfere with her successful pursuit of higher education and employment.
3. Family Therapy could be helpful. This could create an opportunity to explore the family dynamics and interpersonal skills that would

A meeting that includes Ms. Tuma, her father (partial legal guardian), her MRS Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor, and Disability Network staff could be a benefit. This meeting would serve to clarify and distinguish roles and responsibilities of each party. Additionally, this could contribute to her confidence by affirming her role in a process that is intended to support her success.
b. Transferable Skills training could helpful with assessing Ms. Tuma’s ability to be safe in the kitchen. This class would also assess her sense of space and sequence, and her ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
c. Independent Living (IL) Skill Classes such as budgeting could benefit Ms. Tuma, as her experiences with managing money appears to be limited.
d. An On the Job Evaluation/Training (OJE/T) could expand Ms. Tuma employment options. She mentioned that she enjoyed working with animal; as such, she could benefit from exploring this type of work in different settings, pet stores, shelter, and animal grooming.
e. Travel Training- Ms. Tuma is a new Spectran public transportation rider and this training could expand her employment options.
f. Benefits Planning- Ms. Tuma’s father indicated he has applied for Social Security for Ms. Tuma. A consultation with Benefits Specialist at Disability Network may be
