Ms. Freedle is a 11 year old female who presented to the ED with suicidal ideation without a plan and homicidal ideation without a plan. Ms. Freedle reportedly has had multiple suicidal attempts in the past 3 months. She has had 2 attempts by drowning herself and one by place a knife to her chest. Today she went to school with a knife from home. Ms. Freedle states she was going to give it to her boyfriend. Per documentation she slapped a peer in her school for informing the teacher she had a knife and told him she was going to kill him. Per documentation her adoptive mother reports since Ms. Freedle biological father passed away 2 years ago she has been having show worsening behavioral issues. Ms. Freedle adoptive mother, India, reports Ms. Freedle has had a cell phone for the past year and every time she takes it away Ms. Freedle attempts to harm herself or experience suicidal ideation. India reports she have taken her phone away recently due to Ms. Freedle engaging in sexting or sending pictures of her she to males on social media sites. India reports Ms. Freedle has a history of sexual abuse by her brother in 2013, and experienced child abuse as a baby by her mother. Ms. Freedle reports some times feeling afraid at nights. She states, "Some times I feel like spirits are after me. When asked to further explain meaning behind this statement she expressed, that's is how she has been feeling for a while. She denies depressive symptoms. Ms. Freedle reports recent changes in behavior occurred when India married her current husband. She states, "I don't like him, I don't like his face, his noses. She expressed she has not been as accepting to the changes in environment over the past 14 months of India being married.
