SL: Reflection Ms. Battistella is a wonderful person and I had a splendid time with her. We grew so much closer and I learned more about her. I could relate to her in so many ways that was wasn’t on my mind. She is one of my favorite teacher when I was in elementary school and taught me about life lessons,like to not focus on the pass or dream about the future, just for now focus on the present. Also, she encouraged and inspired people to do better and always say to kids that there is no such thing as a bad kid, but a kid that had made bad choices. I am grateful to have this project to build a strong relationship with Ms. Battistella which I think could last for a long time. Ms. Battistella’s difficulties with her parents not really caring if she went to college touched me on how lucky I am to have support and encouragement which is an essential role in life.

For example, when she told me that her parents never really cared if she went to college. I was surprise,because she taught us so much inspiring facts that I would have thought she got at least some support from her parents about school. To add on, she went to several colleges after high school and got her master’s degree in teacher, In her free time, she would bake delicious pastry treats, golf, practice photography, read, and watches movies. One of the movies that she watched was where her favorite word came from, inconceivable. She traveled to Hawaii twice and next time she’s planning to go to the historical, stunning,Italy. Additionally, Ms. Battistella had a pretty hectic life with her siblings always arguing with her parents and always doing the chores for her brothers which I could relate to having three brothers and being the only girl.
