Watching this video caused a lot of frustration inside me to rise. The way Mrs. Vogel was not being made a priority was extremely unprofessional. I see this every day in my work environment and it drives me insane because of the cues given by this employee. This employee has made this customer feel as though she is not wanted and she is not a priority. There are many communicational cues and behaviors he could have exhibited to make this customer feel like she was a priority and her business was wanted.
During this video, this employee should have first not had open YouTube videos at work, unless he was on break. He should have realized as soon as the customer entered the facility and he should have ex’d out
