Mrs. Holtus Arguments Against American Nation

Decent Essays
Pursuant to our conversation this afternoon, Lynne and Loel Holtus have reviewed American National’s counter offer of $2,500. Mr. and Mrs. Holtus believe that American National breached the insurance contract by failing to participate in appraisal. Likewise, Mr. and Mrs. Holtus are asserting a claim of estoppel against American National on the basis that they replace their roof at the instruction of client.

Never the less Mr. and Mrs. Holtus seek to find a solution that is fair and cost effective, for this reason the Holtus’s are proposing a settlement of $10,000 in exchange for a waiver and release of all claims against American National. I understand that you will be out of the office next Tuesday and Wednesday, please provide a response
