Mrs. Erb Research Paper

The person who has made the biggest impact in my life this year would definitely be Mrs. Erb. She’s new to the building this year, and I didn’t know her before this school year, but now I can’t imagine going to school this year without her. Everyday I look forward to going to her class and going in her room for homeroom, knowing that I can talk to her about anything and she’ll listen. As a teacher, she really cares about all of her students, and she shows that, and not many teachers do.

School isn’t supposed to be about getting along with teachers, or people in general, but when you do have a good relationship with a teacher, it makes the school year that much easier. Mrs. Erb and I have so much in common, and I think that’s what makes it so easy for me to talk to her and relate to her when I need help. Anytime I’m unsure of something or just need to talk to someone who’s not going to go behind my back or blow me off, I know I can go to her for help or advice with anything. Mrs. Erb is undoubtedly the first person I would go to in school if I needed something. Walking in her class just makes everyday a little

I can see myself having a career in one of the lessons or units in her class, so having her to talk to about all the different career choices helps me to decide what I want to do in the future. She shows interest in what she’s teaching and is always enthusiastic when explaining a lab or activity. She isn’t one of the teachers who sits and lectures you until there are kids falling asleep in class. Mrs.Erb is without question my favorite teacher I’ve ever had, and I’m ecstatic to have her as a teacher again next

Going from a rocket scientist to a high school math and engineering teacher might seem like a downgrade for most, but for Tammy Kuipers, it was one of the most fulfilling choices she has ever made. Sure the pay isn’t great and you inevitably run into a few problematic kids, but like most teachers, she gets a sort of supernatural satisfaction from helping awkward children along in their development. I had the pleasure of taking calculus and statistics from her during my high school career, and her bubbly personality and dedication to her work left a great impression on me. At 5’5” Mrs. Kuipers may not look like much of a threat.…
