Mr. Tran was driving his vehicle without a driver’s license on 11/10/15 and when law enforcement attempted to stop him, Mr. Tran attempted to evade them by exiting his vehicle, holding his minor daughter (2), and running with the child until Mr. Tran was apprehended. Please assess Mr. Tran for his protective parenting capacities and have him to enroll in and actively participate in parenting education classes. Mr. Tran needs to gain knowledge about how his actions caused harm to his daughter and could possibly have resulted in her death.
