Mr. Smith seemed to respond uncarefully about blood pricing. He should have told more detailedly how to decide the price. He looked annoyed about the interview with a reporter and people’s protest against his blood business. He seemed to be be an immature adult because he did not know what he did wrong and he blamed for others. I do not think a government authority was able to revoke a business license just because

The purpose of establishment of a non-profit organization or company is to help people in need and to improve the quality of life, not to earn money. This organization has to work for the public interest and it did not mean Plasma was able to sell blood in order to make a profit. Consequently, Jack Smith who led this organization had to take criminal responsibility for the blood sale to realize a profit. In this case, I think he was as an evil entrepreneur as Jeff Skilling. Both take advantage of people for the purpose of their own

In fact, he even ignored best practices which further weakens his clarity of making decisions. Pavlo also obviously fails the visibility test because he wouldn’t have wanted or liked to be in the headlines or on the cover of any newspaper or any business journal that discussed his actions at MCI. Finally, I don’t think what Pavlo did is something anyone would want to do to in order to leave any legacy behind.…

It is extremely hard to put a policy into place that would only limit political to certain, non-personal topics, all the while attempting to enforce those rules and make them clear to all employees. Joan can't possibly know everyone’s situations in their life and then attempt to write up a policy that would eliminate any discussions that could possibly offend a particular employee. Therefore, the provisions should include a no tolerance policy on any political discussions as well as any objects that may signify a person’s political beliefs (ex.…
