Mr Sauerwine would like to speak to a manger regarding his refusal to participate in the Energy Wise program for the Solar Water Heater rebate. I called the customer as requested in the WFM submitted by Taligh Frazier. He insisted that no one ever told him he had to participate in the program. Upon explaining the program he became very upset and started yelling and swearing at me. I’m sure you will listen to the call so I will spare you all the painful details.

As for the $11,000 invoice you mentioned, this was for the fire additions that were required by Stockton fire when store 305 converted to 712. This was Angelo Calamia’s project & independent of the fire conversion. Initially, the city of Stockton mandated that because store 712 has an “M” occupancy rating, a full evacuation/ notification fire alarm system would need to be needed in addition to the water flow system installed. I got involved & negotiated with the City of Stockton fire inspector, reducing this requirement to only adding horn/strobes & pull stations at each exit as well as obtaining a temp permit for the store open & operate. Yes, the 27-year-old right hander finally looks like the pitcher everyone envisioned when he was a highly touted prospect six years ago. But the dominance he's displayed since mid-2015 doesn't — and shouldn't — erase the other five years of his injury-riddled career, which makes the Nats' extension a puzzling gamble that seems based on wishful thinking and a way-too-small sample size. Anything but a reliable rotation presence during his six-year career, Strasburg already has had five separate DL stints, missing time for ailments including shoulder stiffness, neck tightness, muscle strains and, of course, a torn UCL in 2010 that required Tommy John surgery. Not to mention the few times he's left games with non-DL concerns such as heat exhaustion and shoulder irritation.…

My organization’s values are in a transition period as our industry changes on a broad scale, and as we go through a management change. In general, a similar group of basic assumptions has been at the core of the power industry for a long time (Bassham, 2016). These basic assumptions typically align with the view that our customers are only ratepayers, and our only obligation to them is to keep their lights on. Our new management has, along with a growing percentage of the industry, began to focus on values that view our customers as partners, and we have an obligation to listen to them and deliver what they want. But, as Kreitner and Kinicki (2013) discuss in the text because these basic assumptions are so ingrained and deep-rooted, they are very difficult to…
