Mr. Moriwaki Case

Mr. Ratcliffe, Mr. Oberlander, Ms. Hansen, and Ms. Moriwaki are 4 suspects of this crime on Mr. Kurose death. He is a Vice Principal for Waianae High School, he also is a dad of 4 daughters with a beautiful wife. One day in his office someone approached him. As shown in the video the person that caught his attention knew who he was because they first started talking. Couple minutes later, Mr. Kurose is on the ground facing his office, and getting dragged out. Due to the police report Mr. Krause's body pieces were found in A-201 Mr. Ratcliffe’s classroom. Ms. Moriwaki is the murderer because she had the motive, opportunity, and accomplice.

However, Oberlander may also be the victim because we also have evidence that shows he is suspicious.

Moriwaki motives were to kill kurose. She is a friend to oberlander, who is upset at Kurose due getting a bad teacher report. Mr. Oberlander knew that Moriwaki had the skills to kill him because of her medical record stating that she scored 35/36 meaning that she is a psychopath. “J Moriwaki scored a 35. Scores of 35 or 36 are considered exceptionally high and should be treated as severe,appearing with a high risk for problem behavior patterns.” They decided to come together, because of their friendship. Moriwaki not only scored such a high score on her psychopathy checklist but she also has a favorite serial killer. “Her favorite serial killer is the Zodiac Killer.” The zodiac killer, which is someone who leaves clues for the investigators and puzzles that needs solving. Moriwaki, has all the knowledge and skills to kill kurose, and there was her opportunity. Knowing that Moriwaki an Oberlander are friends, oberlander could have promised something to Moriwaki or gave her money because on their banking records it states that Oberlander withdrew $9,679.20, also shows that Moriwaki deposit the same amount that oberlander …show more content…
Moriwaki, in her medical records shows her type of behavior which “are a lack of positive adjustment, selfish, and callous behaviors.” Not only does this medical record show her behavior, but also states “Moriwaki was referred to a anti-social personality disorder specialist after family members caught her killing and torturing the neighbor’s dog. Family reports that Moriwaki's pets often die under suspicious circumstances.” this citation shows that Moriwaki, cant control her rage when it comes too her because she hurts the animals she always comes acorss.
