She indicated that she continued to maintain the Order of Protection against Mr. LePape and filed for divorce in June of 2013. She stated that the parents continued to have issues with visitation as she believed Mr. LePape needed to be supervised when with the children. She indicated that she believed that the father has a mental illness that needs to be treated and until he acknowledges his anger issues she needs to be supervised.

The mother reported that the parents entered into a stipulation in June of 2013. It was agreed that Mr. LePape shall have daily contact via telephone/skype and or facetime with the children, not to exceed 45 minutes. She indicated that visitation was to occur at the home of Mr. LePape friend Benoit’s from Friday at 8:00 p.m. until Sunday at 2:00 p.m., the mother indicated that the Order of Protection was extended until August of 2013.

LePape reported that the parent went back to court in August of 2013, and it was decided by the court that it was not necessary for Mr. LePape to have supervised visits with the children. She indicated that the Judge stated that they could revisit the decision on supervised visits if there were any incidents that needed to be brought back to the courts attention. She indicated that the Judge ordered two consecutive weeks of the children visiting Mr. LePape from 10:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m., she indicated that the children came home agitated. The mother reported that Emile would burst into tears stating “it was the worst day ever”.
