Worker: you feel frustrated and overwhelmed because the other social workers are not following the guidelines for recording keeping. I think the other social worker would take into account the importance of record keeping and start implementing the process as this can lead to other legal issues. Another way to reflect the feelings: I would reflect the feelings by suggesting to the social worker that she has to continue doing her part by keeping up with her documentation of recording the information and try not to keep thinking about what the other workers are not
