Mr. Hardaway: Maintaining Good Work Habits

Weekly progress reports/time sheets will be reviewed to show if Mr. Hardaway is maintaining good work habits. Evaluator and counselor will review ratings in each performance area. Those areas includes paying attention to details, being courteous, following instructions, managing time, communicating problems, being enthusiastic, requiring minimum supervision, accepting constructive criticism, and initiating tasks.
